The brand identifies the SceneCraft web service; it does not replace the seller's identity.
These policies cover the web studio at getscenecraft.app. They do not include purchases, subscriptions or entitlements in an iOS or Android app, or another website.
Availability, prices and delivery
You do not need to select a country on our website. SceneCraft does not apply its own country allowlist or blocklist to purchases. PayPal determines whether your account and payment method can complete a payment under its availability rules and checks. This does not guarantee that PayPal will accept every payment or support every country. Model availability is shown in the studio.
SceneCraft sells these one-time web service credit packs:
Pack

Web credits
Starter
USD 9.99
500
Creator
USD 29.99
1,600
Studio
USD 59.99
3,400
The displayed USD total is the amount SceneCraft charges for that purchase. We do not add a further SceneCraft charge after payment. PayPal or your bank may separately apply currency-conversion or payment charges. A fixed displayed price is not a statement that the transaction is tax-exempt. Any legally required tax information or sales document will be handled according to the requirements applicable to the sale; a PayPal receipt is not necessarily a tax invoice.
There is no recurring subscription and no physical delivery. Credits are added after the payment has been confirmed and recorded. Returning from PayPal alone does not establish that payment or credit delivery succeeded. If credits have not appeared, contact support with the original order ID; do not make another purchase solely to repair an uncertain payment.
Credits are used for individual image, video or voiceover generation tasks. The selected model, resolution, duration and credit cost are shown before submission. Model choices marked as previews cannot be submitted for generation. A task reserves credits when accepted; the reservation is settled when a result is saved to your private library. Processing times vary by model, demand and storage; we do not guarantee an exact completion time.
Web credits are not money and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, exchanged for cash or used on another website or app. No scheduled credit expiry is currently implemented. The media storage periods below apply to files and prompts, not to the credit balance. Account closure does not automatically forfeit an unused balance; it is reconciled with unfinished purchases, tasks and refund rights.
Changes to pack prices apply to new purchases. The credit cost recorded for an accepted task is not increased later because pricing changes. Available models and options may change; we disclose material service changes before they apply.
Your use of the service
You must be at least 18 and have the authority and rights required for your inputs and intended use. You are responsible for prompts, uploads and use of outputs. Do not upload confidential information, sensitive personal data or another person's image without appropriate consent and rights.
AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable, similar to another person's output or subject to third-party rights. We do not promise a particular creative result, exclusive copyright or unrestricted commercial rights. Use remains subject to applicable law, the selected model's terms and other people's rights. Required AI markings must remain intact.
SceneCraft does not run a separate content-screening service. Generation remains subject to the selected provider's restrictions, and requests may be rejected. Contact support about a rejected or unavailable result. Do not evade account restrictions or payment controls. We may restrict activity that threatens safety, breaches these policies or requires payment reconciliation, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights.
Failed generation, refunds and withdrawal rights
When a task is confirmed to have failed, its reserved credits are returned once. This is a credit release for the task, not a refund of the original PayPal purchase. If the provider's outcome is uncertain, the original task remains under review and the reservation stays in place until reconciled. We do not silently submit another task or make another reservation to repair an uncertain result.
Request a purchase refund through My account or email support with the order ID. Requests receive human review; submitting a request does not itself transfer money. The initial operator-assisted flow supports full refunds of unused packs. A task reservation after the purchase triggers a conservative manual usage review. Used packs, partial refunds and disputes receive individual review. A sufficient total wallet balance does not by itself prove that a particular pack was unused.
Mandatory consumer rights take priority. Where applicable EU or UK law provides a 14-day withdrawal right, it is preserved. Agreeing to general terms, receiving credits or using part of a pack does not by itself establish a valid waiver of that right. We do not rely on a preselected waiver. Contact support to exercise a withdrawal right; you may use the form below or another clear statement. A valid statutory refund is handled within the applicable legal time limit, without reducing rights through the unused-pack review rule.
Before an approved refund is sent, the associated credits may be reserved and generation restricted while the payment outcome is reconciled. A confirmed refund or payment reversal removes the corresponding entitlement once. If those credits have already been used, support reviews the balance, refund and any resulting obligation. Partial reversals and disputes require review before remaining entitlements are restored.
Refunds use the original payment method. PayPal and the customer's bank determine when the refund appears. An uncertain refund remains attached to its original operation; it is not resent as a new refund. Payment or provider fees do not override mandatory refund rights.

Content rules
Do not create or request sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, adult sexual content, identity impersonation or deceptive face-swapping, fraud, threats, violent extremism, or infringement of privacy, likeness or intellectual-property rights. Do not remove required AI labels or mislead others about real events or identities.
We may block requests, withhold results, restrict accounts and preserve necessary evidence when required for safety or law. The service is intended for ordinary creative image and video generation.
Privacy notice
Sign-in uses a necessary first-party, HttpOnly authentication cookie. If you choose “Keep me signed in”, the session lasts up to 30 days from verification; otherwise the cookie is a browser-session cookie and the session lasts up to 24 hours. Browsers may restore session cookies when restoring tabs. Signing out clears this device’s cookie and synchronizes sign-out across open SceneCraft tabs. Access tokens stay in page memory; refresh credentials are not stored in localStorage. Automatic renewal does not extend these maximum periods. Shared-device users should sign out when finished.
We process account email and authentication information, support correspondence and attachments, prompts, reference images, audio and video, generated media, job settings and status, the credit ledger, order and payment references, refund records, the accepted policy version, and historical country declarations and verification records from earlier checkout versions. Rate limiting uses salted identifiers rather than raw IP addresses in the application rate-limit table. Infrastructure providers may keep separate security and access logs.
We use these data to provide sign-in, generation and private delivery; handle orders, refunds and support; prevent abuse; maintain security; and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, the basis is performing the service contract, complying with a legal obligation, or the legitimate interests of providing secure services and preventing abuse. If consent is required for a separate activity, it must be obtained for that activity; accepting these general terms is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Providers include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts, database and legacy private storage), Cloudflare R2 (private media storage), Resend (sign-in and support email), CompShare and selected model providers (generation), and PayPal (payments). Relevant prompts, reference images, audio and video and generated media are sent to generation services as needed. PayPal receives payment credentials directly; our application receives transaction references and status. We do not require a buyer country to authorize or record a payment.
Processing may occur outside your country. Our current database region is Singapore, which does not determine every processor's location. Provider retention and permitted data uses depend on the applicable provider service and terms; we do not promise that all providers use zero retention or exclude every training use. Contact support for information about processors and transfer measures relevant to your request.
Your prompts and creations are not published by default. Private delivery uses temporary signed links; anyone holding such a link can use it until it expires. Avoid sharing the links unintentionally. When the connected studio is available, it may record limited first-party product events such as page visits, creation submissions, task completion and checkout progress; these events contain workflow labels only and do not include prompts, media, email addresses or payment identifiers. The current service does not include advertising trackers.
You can contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion, and to exercise other rights available under your applicable law. We may verify identity in a proportionate way. Where applicable, you may also contact your data-protection authority. We keep the minimum records necessary to fulfil a request and explain any legal or unresolved transaction reason for retaining particular information.
Storage, deletion and retained records
New reference uploads expire 24 hours after upload verification. New generated files expire 72 hours after successful storage. Download work you want to keep before the expiry shown in your library. New completed-task prompts and content are scheduled for removal with the output, or 72 hours after completion for tasks without an output. Files created before this change keep their existing expiry dates (30 days for references and 90 days for results). Expired files are no longer offered for download; physical deletion is processed asynchronously. Active or uncertain tasks can delay deletion while the original provider outcome is reconciled. Public site examples follow separate retention rules. Removing files from SceneCraft does not guarantee immediate deletion of generation-provider copies. For Qwen-Image H3, reference assets and generated images are also retained in the supplier organization library. Image supplier removal currently requires manual action; contact support to request it. Temporary speech reference voices become unavailable in SceneCraft after 24 hours; unused speech reference assets may remain with the provider for 7 days under its current policy. If you explicitly save a private voice, the speech provider keeps a separate reusable voice copy until you delete the voice or close your account. Deletion waits for active creations to finish. This optional saved-voice copy is separate from the 24-hour uploaded recording and 72-hour generated file periods.
Maintenance runs hourly when the service is enabled. Failed cleanup remains queued for retry; a scheduled expiry does not promise removal from all systems at an exact minute. Deleting a completed creation hides its content immediately and queues the stored file for removal. Deleting a successful creation does not refund the credits already consumed.
To request account deletion, sign in with a fresh email code and use My account. New tasks and checkout stop. Queued tasks that have not been submitted are cancelled and their reservations released. Unfinished jobs, unused balances, payments, refunds or disputes require reconciliation before closure. After content cleanup and reconciliation, the login identity is soft-deleted to revoke access and remove sign-in details.
Minimal financial, policy-acceptance and dispute records remain linked to an internal identifier with restricted access. They are retained for the applicable accounting or tax record period and, where needed, until a refund, dispute or legal claim is resolved. A legal preservation requirement can extend retention. These records are not governed by the media expiry schedule.
Support correspondence is retained to resolve the request, verify the service provided and address associated disputes or legal obligations. Unrelated messages and attachments should be removed when those purposes end; material that forms part of a financial or dispute record follows the relevant record period. Financial and support retention requires controlled operational review, rather than an automatic media expiry deletion claim.
Provider systems and backups follow their applicable schedules. Removing an active application record does not promise immediate erasure of every backup. Contact support for requests involving a processor's systems.
Changes and mandatory rights
Material changes will be disclosed before they apply. The version accepted for a purchase remains associated with that order; a later policy update does not silently rewrite that record. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you.
